I have been a patient with Dr. Guice for about 14 years which should be review enough... however I would like to comment on a recent visit as I required a "crown" for a tooth. I was taken right in and right on the appointment time when I arrived. The services they offer allow for a one visit turnaround with a full crown placement, not multiple visits as in the past. It was clear that the dental team knew I would be there for a couple of hours through the process and they made sure I was comfortable and entertained throughout, while moving through the process in a consistent and attentive manner. The procedure was painless with the exception of the brief numbing shot, time went by very quickly, and when I rose from the chair everything was done and complete!
I have had a few crowns over my lifetime and it usually takes a few days if not an additional visit to ensure it is placed, fits, and works well with my other teeth. In this instance the crown was perfect... within an hour or two and the numbing agents fading, I could not even tell I had anything done. It was PERFECT in every way. The crown, the process, and the result all perfect.
Now, a couple of months later, I have gone back for the regular check up, and can report it is the best dental experience I have had to date. I recommend Lake Norman Dentistry to anyone.
