I have been a hairdresser for 20+ years. As a naive young stylist, I have had my expensive scissors ruined by those mobile scissor sharpening people that advertise locally. I learned the hard way! I wouldn't DREAM of letting anyone but you guys sharpen my scissors. I've been sending them to you for years and always have had great results, no matter the brand of scissors they always are returned in perfect condition and sharp sharp sharp!

My granddaughter got hold of my scissors and started cutting up my cape and nearly destroyed my scissors. I mailed them out to Scott Roskam. He made them like brand new. I couldn’t believe what a great job.

Very happy with my shears and with the service I received :) I expected to be pleased as I always have been with Custom Sharpening By Hand :)

I don't ever give "5 stars" because I believe we are always able to improve...even on a great thing. In this instance, I would suggest finding more affordable shipping options. The amount I paid this time was the only thing that made the experience uncomfortable for me.
