Dr McCargar and his team are very professional and articulate clearly the treatment plan. They are very sensitive to my anxiety each visit.

Staff was great, but the doctor came in, did not introduce hisself, had a very rude tone and spent all of 1 minute in my mouth. The doctor is not my primary care doctor but I was in extreme pain and I believed I needed antibiotics for a possible infection. I also told him I was using my military insurance. Once he found out these things he truly had no interest. I had just seen my primary doctor a week prior and was scheduled to get oral surgery the following week. The doctor did not pay attention to any of my concerns and was trying to get me to change my surgery to one of his colleagues. I would not do that so he told me all he can say is to take Ibuprofen and I needed a cleaning but my insurance doesnt cover it. I knew these were general answers with no thought because I had just got a cleaning a week prior.

The only nice and welcoming person was the lady at the front door and the X-ray personal. McCargar himself was awkward and rude.
