Terrible. I have been a loyal costumer for over 5years and have spent a couple thousand dollars there. I came to get a perm and it went wrong. I would have been okay, just disappointed, but i didn't feel there was any remorse or trying to make it right. I should have been told I did not need to pay for my fried hair and I should have been offered a free conditioning treatment. I will not be back. Unfortunately I will never recommend Scott Talbots again. This would all be different if I felt that the salon cared about what happened to me at all. Poor ownership and management.
Jessica, Absolutely we want you to come in for a complimentary conditioning treatment. The stylist believes that she if she chose a different styling product the results would have been different and that you didn't have time to have it re-styled. You were not charged for your perm and sent home with products. We will be contacting you to set up a conditioning treatment if you feel you need one after styling it yourself. We value our guests and will be happy to do whatever it takes to make it right.
