Michael Hastings at SDR Plumbing is an outstanding plumber, who really knows his craft. He diagnosed and fixed some leaky vent pipes that had stumped at least a dozen other professionals over the years. Since then, he has been my go to plumber. He is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and can intelligently outline options to solve difficult problems. He was my advocate when a delivery service refused to install my new refrigerator for reasons he knew were bogus. There is no better plumber for me on the planet. Sarah, Greenwich, CT.

Our initial request for a visit because our hot water heater was not putting out hot water was responded to in the same day we called it in. However, two or three days later the same situation occurred again, and Joe to the rescue. Joe diagnosed the cause of the fast hot water depletion and attributed it to the "newish" Rohl showerhead that most likely had its water restrictor removed so that "too much" water was being released and depleting the hot water heater tank. The Rohl showerhead was also leaking some water so he ordered a new one, but in the meantime recommended we only shower using the handheld showerhead as it used less water. That did the trick...plenty of hot water to be had. We are now waiting on the new showerhead. Thanks, Joe.

I called yesterday in the late morning and you arranged to have a plumber to the job before lunch! You also fit us in this morning to come back to reinstall the faucet that had to be removed. Lori was extremely friendly and accommodating and our company could not be more grateful!

Also the pricing quoted was reasonable for an emergency service and that did not go in noticed either!

Thank you very much for the excellent, fast, friendly service when we found ourselves in a bad spot!
