Changing out an old water heater for a new one is a difficult assignment esp in a tall, narrow three story townhouse. So well done to the SDR crew and Manny for pulling it off. Carpets and wood floors were covered and no wall was nicked. Plus they returned promptly to make minor temperature adjustments.
