My exam was excellent and everyone was professional and very personable. The problems are with the office structure. I have a hearing disability and the outer office is one of the worst rooms caustically I have ever been in. Sound bounces everywhere. A very nice woman is selling me a very expensive pair of glasses and I cannot hear a word she says. Echos are everywhere. The alcove where I got my pre-exam is awful as well. I sit at one end facing the wall but nearly in the hallway and the person stands facing the far wall typing and talking towards the wall not to me. Not only could I not hear I felt ignored. When I show concern about my pressures there was no response. I realizes you have space limitations but this experience was awful for me.

I had an excellent appointment with Dr. Meaghan Cortez. She is very engaging and knowledgeable, and she made me feel very comfortable. Also, she gave me great advice for taking care of my dry eye problem. I will ask for her when scheduling my next appointment.
