I'm just wondering when Seahorse Pools is going to give me a bill credit, to help pay my electric bill. I set up the pool pump to come on at a certain time every day, and go off at a certain time every day. I have lost count of the number of times I go out to the pool, perhaps two, three, or more days after the service, only to find that the pump has been switched to "on," instead of "cycle." This means that my pump has been running (using electricity) 24/7 since the service guy came. Please advise him to make certain that the pump has been left to "cycle," or, if it is necessary to leave it on that day, to leave a message on the card that the pump settings have been changed, so that I can go out and change them back after a certain time. Please don't leave me so uninformed.
