I'm just wondering when Seahorse Pools is going to give me a bill credit, to help pay my electric bill. I set up the pool pump to come on at a certain time every day, and go off at a certain time every day. I have lost count of the number of times I go out to the pool, perhaps two, three, or more days after the service, only to find that the pump has been switched to "on," instead of "cycle." This means that my pump has been running (using electricity) 24/7 since the service guy came. Please advise him to make certain that the pump has been left to "cycle," or, if it is necessary to leave it on that day, to leave a message on the card that the pump settings have been changed, so that I can go out and change them back after a certain time. Please don't leave me so uninformed.

Report indicated 3 tabs were used, The last several times I’ve not found tabs in the skimmer. There is Algie in the spillway pool.

Recently had to have the pool pump motor and the skimmer door replaced for the second time in 14 months. It was explained that debris and low pool water levels could explain the frequent repair. I receive an emailed report each week from the technician stating what the water level is at that time and it has always been reported as good. The technician is responsible for emptying the skimmer baskets, vacuuming, skimming and brushing the pool each week. ?????? I was out of town at the time that the repair was required and when I returned I went to look at the pool equipment. The parts that were replaced were left at the site, pot plants had been moved and not put back and plants in the area had been ripped up and thrown in all different directions as if the repairman had been angry. No worries I cleaned everything up and put everything back for you.
