They are very nice, but slow to respond, and incomplete in their responses. Pool work is ok, but scheduling is difficult. Communication is bad.

This is the best pool company ever! The quality and knowledge of all the staff is amazing! We have a service tech Brandon come out and he fixed the problem so efficiently! Chris and Chris in the store are so knowledgeable and set up my new dolphin! Carter came to my house gave us an awesome quote to resurface my horrible pool and I am so excited about the work scheduled!

Brandon was very helpful in making a decision about my pump repair/replacement. He was also able to get the pump replacement visit squeezed into his already heavy schedule, so my pool wasn't down 3 additional days. The replacement was accomplished, quickly, and Brandon was helpful explaining the features and giving suggestions for care.

I called regarding a valve not turning so the service guy (Domonic) came out while I was away. Came home and both valves were gone with no phone call to let me know. $850.00 later with two new valves.. When I did speak with Domonic the following day he did apologize for not contacting me sooner because he was freakin' busy at another job, his words. Now I may be getting old, but that is not what I expect especially paying for overpriced parts!!!

Resurfaced our pool for 5k in October 2017.. tiles are already missing and pool surround has concrete missing. We have a warranty, so we’ll see how quickly this is resolved.
