Such a great team at the Vision Center - I enjoyed my visit! I would have given five stars and only gave it four stars because patients should be asked at the beginning of the appointment whether they want to have images taken of their eyes or be dilated. I was taken to do all the image testing when I arrived and only later was told insurance doesn't cover it and would cost $50 for the doctor to review it. Dilation, on the other hand, is covered and since I opted for dilation, that meant all the initial images I took were just discarded. Seems like a waste of time at least for the patient. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I've already booked my next appointment.
Thank you for the feedback, we love hearing how we can make improvements to the patient experience. We have tried doing the images 3 different ways and this has seemed to work out to be the most efficient way of doing it thus far.
