I don't know what happened in office but I used to view this place as being super organized with top notch service, now I won't be returning. I arrived for my appointment on time but was greeted by Tina who immediately asked if I was there to pick up. I said no I'm here for my appointment. She said "Is it 1:30pm already?!" This entirely confused me because my appt was for 12:00pm. Is this Tina the office manager??? There was someone at reception - for goodness sake let reception manage the people at the door! Then Tina proceeded to tell me that I'd have to wait because the doctor hadn't arrived yet. Dr arrives & is all flustered. I overlook this because I do appreciate that he is explaining everything he's doing & why. Then the elderly lady helping select glasses was obviously new & kept having to check notes, enough to where I'm not confident they even going to charge me correctly. A couple next to me was being helped by a gentlemen who gave them an entirely different experience - he was going thru a lot of their coverage & options. At this point I was just trying to get out of there. Tina was also sharing info about her family, a bit oversharing. I mean it's fine if you have a repour /relationship with people but it's awkward when you've never talked to or met this person in your life. And it is an art when you don't ... it was just kind of weird.
