I found myself in a situation where a borrowed Segway had gotten a broken kickstand while in my care. I found Segway OC through a Google search looking for the replacement part. I tried to order online, but received an error code, so I called directly and spoke with Dick. He listened to my woes, confirmed the part needed, took payment over the phone, and sent via UPS by the end of the day.
