Not the best massage and I wouldn't use her again (Ashley). I am a frequent customer here and the experience was not great. Honestly, I get the impression she may be new or inexperienced but she does not fit the brand and customer service I am used to here. She requires you to move your neck to this side and then to the side and she struggled to hit target areas that I told her were problematic. I could tell she didn't really know what to do and I pondered stopping the massage altogether and asking for someone else. Overall, the business is great. She is just not a good massage therapist. I will return to Serenity, just not to her.

So relaxing. I had a mini spa day for my daughters 18th birthday and everyone was 100% happy with the services. The Scalp massage add-on is a MUST!
