Upon arrival we were welcomed and asked to wait. While waiting the two receptionists were handing out at the desk talking poorly about a coworker. They were rather loud and very negative. This is something customers do not need to hear. This is similar to my last experiences there as well
The services themselves were enjoyable and nail technicians were very nice. However within 36 hours 5 nails are chipping. Several rather significantly. This is with little to no activity after the manicure as i was in a 12 hour car ride the day after appt (which ended around 4:30 the day prior). For paying $70 for a mani/pedi i would expect the end product to last more than a day!! Will not be returning on my own accord. Probably would not have this time after my last experience but i was gifted a gift card recently. I have pictures of the nails with issues. (Mani was Sat late afternoon by Min am they needed to be redone)
