John Osgood and Charles Osgood have been in the Air Conditioning industry in Austin since the early 80's. Working in the family business (Osgood Heating and Air Conditioning) They learned the value and reward of a happy customer. One who returns again and again and is as glad to see you as you are to see them! Service Wizard A/C Specializes in A/C Installations, upgrades, A/C Repairs. Commercial A/C and residential A/C repairs and installations are performed by well trained staff under the close supervision of two men with abundant experience.
After the family business merged with and became ARS in 1998, Charles Osgood formed Service wizard and was joined by brother John Osgood soon after. They are enjoying being close to the customer and offering good value and qualty equipment and Service.

I had a major install performed- completely remove old HVAC system from a downstairs closet, install the new system in the attic, add 5 new return air lines, and update exitsting air ducting. I now have a SEER 20 fully variable Trane system with 3 zones. I am beyond impressed! The system heats or cools only in the zone where it's needed, there's no more hot or cold spots in the house, and it is uber efficient. Service Masters is a great company, and they have great technicians. The price was fair and well worth what we got for our money. Best home improvement we've ever done.

I needed a bi-annual air conditioner check. He was on time & performed the check quickly. He explained some things about my thermostat and air conditioner that no one had ever told me before. I now know that I need to clean the drain with some bleach every so often. He was friendly and thorough.

Even though summer is an extremely busy time time, I called at 6pm and Shane arrived at 10am the next day!! He diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the part in his truck and installed it immediately. Service Wizard is the best air conditioning company we have ever dealt with. They expertly installed our system several years ago. They were recommended by a friend who was extremely happy with their prompt, reliable service. We also highly recommend them.

I called Service Wizard at 7:30 on a Monday morning after our air conditioner went out on a very hot summer Sunday evening. Shane was at our house by 8:15 that same morning, was very professional, and had it fixed within the hour. I was thankful we only had to suffer a very short time in the stifling heat.
