This office has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They give very clear explanations of recommendations and I have never been given "the runaround". My pets LOVE them and will be patients for LIFE!!!

Staff pleasant and friendly. Prices comparable with other local vets. They agreed to examine our dog in an emergency when our own vet and other local vets stated they "were too busy." We switched to Seville Animal Hospital for our pets and are grateful for the care they provide!

The staff at Seville Animal Hospital are very caring and obviously they know what pets mean to their owners. They have the best interests of the animal and owner at heart. I would not take Charlie or Snowball anywhere else for their care and well being.

I was glad that you were able to schedule Oscar today. I wonder at the confusion of forgetting to return to the exam room to give us the medicine you asked that we wait for. We did get the medicine and paid our bill, so all ended ok.

Seville Animal Hospital replied:

It was very nice talking to you this morning regarding your concerns. As I explained I apologize for my doctor and staff to not return to the room with your medications. I'm not sure what transpired during your appointment time but my thought is maybe a behind the scenes emergency occurred. I've arranged for my doctor to call you tomorrow at 10:40 at your home number. Dr. Faust will answer your questions then. ~ Kim Murray - Practice Manager.

I have very curly hair and was really excited to try a Deva Curl cut. My regular stylist recommended it and suggested I do a google search for a properly licensed stylist. I found VCS Salon through that search and immediately scheduled an appointment. I was told to arrive with dry hair and be prepared for a longer time at the salon as the stylist would cut my hair dry, rewash and style with Deva products, and spend time on a curly hair tutorial with me. When I arrived, the stylist decided that she'd rather wash my hair first and then dry and style it. The wash included an introduction to the Deva products, but she kept asking which product I wanted. I didn't know and really had been hoping that she'd be making suggestions for me. One of my goals for the appointment was learning more about what products were appropriate for my hair! After deciding on product, she showed me how to flip my head over, scrunch gel in my hair, and use a paper towel to remove extra water. This 2 minute demonstration was the extent of my lesson. I then sat for about an hour under the hair dryer. The stylist seemed surprised that my hair was going to take long to dry, but my hair is thick and porous - a common curly hair feature! Despite this, I was still really excited for the cut and the lesson (which I didn't realize was over already). However, after drying she sat me in the chair for about 10 minutes. She did a few cuts to the back of my head and that was it. At this point, I was a underwhelmed and disappointed, but really just wanted to get out of there. I bought the products I wanted and left. So, to summarize. I paid 65 dollars for about 15 minutes of hair attention. Five minutes was a wash and gel scrunch, and the other 10 was a few snips to the back of my head. My hair looks exactly the same. Also, I came in really excited for the Deva Curl, which is supposed to be all about loving your curly hair. My stylist told me that she had curly hair but straightened hers. I'm not against straightening your curly hair - I did it for years - but it seems like a weird choice for this kind of cut. She also recommended that I get a Brazilian Blowout despite my telling her that I had a bad experience with a keratin treatment. I know they're different, but I really just wanted to learn to work with my curl.
