My massage therapist was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. My criticism is with the ambience of the spa. During my massage the air conditioner was so annoyingly loud it drowned out the relaxing music. The waiting room in my opinion is small and dingy. I have been to a number of spas and feel that the Sewickley Spa could use a much needed face lift

You get what you pay for and the Sewickley Spa is worth every penny. From the time you walk up the side walk until you have to leave, and they encourage you to stay and relax, you feel SO VERY pampered.

Well, I went there for a few treatments - a message and a facial with a few extras! the facial was, well not so good.... I add an extra on and the tech left my treatment on too long and it burnt my face ( I had a work party that night and was not really happy) and I did not get the steam on my face or the extractions as I usually would either - I guess she ran out of time!!!!! I truly think that she put on my treatment and fell asleep in the room, because I had to say something to her about my treatment was was not feeling right and it seemed too long. she then said, "does it feel like ants are crawling on your face, because that can be normal"!!!!! what the!!!!! really!!!!!

My massage was wonderful- Fred was my massage therapist and I would recommend him to everyone! but my facial - I still have a red face and my skin is peeling off, so I will not go back for a facial!!!!!!

My wife and I were looking for a way to get relaxed and pampered. I've never had a massage before. I loved every minute of it. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout our visit. The Spa was warm and cozy. We'll be back.

I have not felt this relaxed or rejuviated in a very long time. Your staff is accomadating, professional, warm, friendly and the reason you are the top rated day spa. I look forward to my next visit.

I have had many massages very dissapointed! Room was to bright felt as.if the therapist was just rushing through to complete the massage .Not at all worth the cost

After an awful experience about a location closing just a week or so after gift certificate was purchased as a birthday present and the owner arguing with me about how far the Whisp location is from my house I had no choice but to use it as I didn't want to give that very rude lady a freebie of my money...I was very unimpressed of the atmosphere, "locker room" very cold, nobody explained to me how the steam room worked, I was given a male tech without asking if that would be fine when booking appt.., and lady at desk needs to work on personality skills..for whatever reason she tried to tell me the card expired in March when it was right on it it expired Sept. of 13...I've been to a much better and friendlier spa..don't be fooled...services were nothing fantastic..especially the room pedis are done in..very cheesy for a spa....I won't return or referr..drove 2 hours to site and was nothing but disappointing from the beginning...

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and was so looking forward to this treat. Sadly, no real massage skills were in evidence with my technician. Massage was pretty frou-frou. Room was chilly. Not worth the time or money.

My friend and I needed a day away to relax and get pampered. We spent the day at the Sewickley Spa and had the BEST DAY EVER!!! We left feeling so relaxed and stress-free. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!!!

I was bought a day at the spa for my birthday which included: massage, facial, and mani.

I always go to another spa but this was a gift so I couldn't exactly refuse the gift certificate. Though the atmosphere is relaxing and the massage was enjoyable, a few things that I wasn't impressed with. 1) I was given a male massage therapist without inquiring first 2) the facial was under par unfortunately and 3) not impressed with the manicure at all. I would recommend making sure there are seasoned professionals before booking the appointment. Spending that amount of money should be worth your time.
