They did a very quick job of replacing my alternator and battery, which went out suddenly. They were also able to arrange a car rental for me at a very reasonable price while I was waiting for my car to be fixed.

Mike worked extremely hard to get a lot of unexpected repairs done in a very short time frame so I could use my car for some necessary work I am doing. I'm always confident of their work and feel like my car is safe and in good condition for all the driving I do !

Mike, Roger and their team are the best. They are current in their knowledge about the vehicles they service. The work is done record time with much attention to detail. They will tell you what work is needed and what can wait. When they fix something its fixed. I have had them service my car's(and my friends cars)since their father was alive. He would be proud.

Got my Porsche Cayenne in Southern California...but when I brought it north, there is no Porsche servicing dealer in San Francisco...Burlingame or San Rafael are the closest...not real practical...so have always gotten my service for ours at R&M...and for our MBZ wagon as well...never a problem and always great service....and more than convenient location as well. Thanks guys...
