I experienced a bulging disk back in September last year. It gradually got better but it flared up again few weeks ago. Although it not as painful, but it's bothersome enough to disrupt my mobility. After reading all the great reviews on this facility, I decided to give it a try. I had visited a chiropactor before but only feel the improvements after a few week visits. But with Dr Jacobs, my back felt better right after the first treatment and continues to improve. I really appreciate he takes the time to explain the cause of my symtoms and design a customized exercise regiment to expedite my recovery. Thank you

My first appointment. Arrived in terrible pain. Terrific staff. Very efficiently run office. Everything explained perfectly. Dr. Jacobs quickly assessed the cause of my back/leg pain and very encouragingly and empatheticly began his treatment, explaining as he went. I have every expectation he will be able to alleviate my pain, (feeling better after first session) and live up to my friends' high praise of him.

1 year ago I suffered from knee and back pain and associated it with my active lifestyle. I had dealt with the pain for many years and just grew to live with it. Besides, isn't that what happens as you get older? I could hardly bare the pain any longer in my back and was convinced by a colleague to make an appointment with the SF Custom Chiro Team. I was a little reluctant but went ahead with the appointment. Fast forward almost 9 months later and I'm training for my second half marathon this year and have little to no back and knee pain. With the commitment to frequent visits the team has helped with other joint and muscle issues and has taught me how to manage stretches and adjustments so I am continuously able to live an active lifestyle of hiking, running and other outdoor sports.
