Dr. Shafi and staff continue to provide the friendly and professional environment we have all come to appreciate. From greeting to departure I am delighted with the service and treatment. As one of those people who has an almost irrational fear of visiting the dentist Dr. Shafi and staff have made my visits almost stress free Dr. Shafi and her technicians have "great hands" and consistently treat me with great care to minimize any discomfort. Dr. Shafi is very careful to ensure you undestand every action is taking while treating you, giving advance notice of exactly what she is doing down to the sounds you may hear. I have complete confidence in Dr. Shafi and staff for any treatment they perform. I may never be truely relaxed in a dental chair, but under her care I will come as close to being relaxed as I ever will be.
