If you don't mind dropping your animal at the door, then their covid protocols are fine. If you like to see your animal examined and have a face to face with a vet, then take your animals elsewhere. Visit also took a very lengthy time, and they were running quite late.
They seem to have increased their prices. I would recommend a quote for an annual exam cost (with all expected extras) prior to committing.
There are many people in my older Generation who remember when businesses gave face to face Customer Service. I hope that Springhurst will never force us to go on line or use Apps to transact business. I do not believe in the technology of today as the personal face to face business of my generation led to trusted business relationships.
The staff at Springhurst is always very helpful and Dr. Hankins does a great job of keeping up with my two dogs and their mishaps. He is readily available and makes sure they get tended to ASAP. I feel that we’re in good hands with the doctors and staff at Springhurst!
I felt like I was buying a car with the "Up Sale" of services they wanted to do. The office staff had the wrong pet noted for services. I'm not sure what has happened at this facility but I'm losing faith.
