Shakti Body Yoga is a independent yoga studio located in the heart of downtown Manteca, California. We provide balanced fitness and wellness programs for all levels of experience.

We offer group classes, private instruction, corporate wellness programs, workshops and retreats that include the practices of hatha, vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal and restorative yoga techniques.
