Was impressed the first time I took my dog for grooming. This time, not so much. Don't know if I can request a certain groomer or not. will ask next time.
It was just like they were in a hurry. Had a strange smell also. A completely different experience this time.

I want you to know that you can always request a specific groomer at anytime. I was concerned about your stating that it seemed like we were in a hurry, did that refer to checking in or checking out of your fur baby. Or did it refer to amount of time the grooming took. Secondly, we strive at all times and take great pride in our shop in keeping our shop clean and smelling well. Although we can't always help if a doggie has an accident here, we do attend to cleaning it up immediately. I was not sure if that was what you were referring to or you felt that your dog smelled strange. Since I am unable to call you directly since this is posted anonymous. I would really appreciate it if you could contact me (Kathy) so we may go through each of the items you were not pleased with.
