I want you to know that you can always request a specific groomer at anytime. I was concerned about your stating that it seemed like we were in a hurry, did that refer to checking in or checking out of your fur baby. Or did it refer to amount of time the grooming took. Secondly, we strive at all times and take great pride in our shop in keeping our shop clean and smelling well. Although we can't always help if a doggie has an accident here, we do attend to cleaning it up immediately. I was not sure if that was what you were referring to or you felt that your dog smelled strange. Since I am unable to call you directly since this is posted anonymous. I would really appreciate it if you could contact me (Kathy) so we may go through each of the items you were not pleased with.

Love this place! Our dog always looks great and likes going there. Staff is always friendly and takes time to answer questions.
Seems to have gone down hill in a year. Staff is less professional, seems to be dirtier. Hate to rate poorly because there's so much potential here. If the staff wore scrubs and treated customers like they were about to drop $50 for a groom, they'd be booked for 6 weeks. Perhaps I'm too pretentious? Maybe that's just the business but not very "palatial".
I'm sorry if your experience with us was not a good one. We work hard at maintaining a clean & smell free shop. However, there our times which a pet has an accident (beyond our control) that can really stink the place up! We take care of it immediately but at times the smell can linger longer then other times. We clean throughout the entire day, with bleach and other cleaners to maintain. I am a bit confused on your comment of groomers wearing scrubs, we have company tee shirts we all wear. We work with animals and sometimes its hard to not have hair around. I am very surprised at your comment considering the lack of professionalism in our business. We have never had anyone say that. I wish you would of called me considering this. I am sorry, that you do not consider the shop very "palatial" meaning "suitable for or like a palace." Pricing has remained the same for years, due to the increase in products used for the grooming process, we chose to stay with our top line shampoos, and other products we use. By raising our prices $2.00. We will not use inferior products, that many other shops use. I see that you were not disappointed with your grooming. We appreciate your feed back and would like to speak with you further if you have anymore suggestion for our business.
