I want you to know that you can always request a specific groomer at anytime. I was concerned about your stating that it seemed like we were in a hurry, did that refer to checking in or checking out of your fur baby. Or did it refer to amount of time the grooming took. Secondly, we strive at all times and take great pride in our shop in keeping our shop clean and smelling well. Although we can't always help if a doggie has an accident here, we do attend to cleaning it up immediately. I was not sure if that was what you were referring to or you felt that your dog smelled strange. Since I am unable to call you directly since this is posted anonymous. I would really appreciate it if you could contact me (Kathy) so we may go through each of the items you were not pleased with.

I have been using ShamPooch Palace for several years and always been pleased with the service. I am especially happy that they only keep my Puggle for a minimum amount of time. He is always eager to go inside when we get there.
They do a great job, however they are very pricey when compared to other grooming salons. They don't offer specials for puppies but rather go by the weight of a dog, so to pay 65 for a 3 month old puppy to get a bath is a bit ridiculous. My dogs don't come back stressed out, I love that they do not keep your dogs there all day but rather call you as soon as they're done.
I was a walk-in. I did not know that I needed an appointment. I really appreciated the attention and care that was given to me and my dog - Jazzie.
Kathy's assistant greeted me at the front door and explained how the appointments worked and the best way to get an appointment. She then went to the back of the store for a minute and a little later came back to the front of the store with the manager- Kathy. Kathy introduced herself, asked me some questions about Jazzie, and then, began to get to know Jazzie. Fortunately, there was a spot available for Jazzie.
Jazzie got a great cut and shampoo. She looked great and seemed very happy when I arrived to pick her up. Overall, a great visit!
I took my dog here for the first time and the services were awesome. Her haircut looked really nice and exactly how I wanted it. Her grooming was complete in no time which made it an even better experience. I have found the perfect groomer for Roxie!
I moved about 30-45 min away and still choose to come here for my 3 dogs grooming needs. They always come home looking cute and the staff listen to what I want done and do it without any issues. They are very fairly priced and even have discount vaccine services every few months which is a definite plus. So glad I found them.
