We are also one of the first of only two locations in New England to offer ActivCore FEX(R). We are passionate about providing our students with an intelligent approach to exercise, whether you are looking to begin an exercise program, develop a personal practice, enhance athletic and sports specific performance, rehabilitate an injury or improve overall fitness and health.
