At Sheridan Optical our goal is to promote good eye health and enable you to have the clearest vision possible. We accept several types of vision insurance, cash, checks, and most credit cards. We inform our Sheridan patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.

I really liked Dr. Foster and my exam went great. I was given a pair of trial contacts to try out. I wore them for a week and received no call as to how they were working out. Finally the second week I tried to call three times to order the contacts. I finally got WyoVision and the gal there got my contacts ordered. I did receive a call that they were in but I would need to go to Wyovision to pick them up. When I got to WyoVision the contacts had been taken downtown!! When I arrived downtown I let the young lady know my situation. She was most unfriendly which was a blow after all I had already gone through to get the darn things. So I started with five stars but had to down grade for customer service.

First of all we would like to thank you for your review. We value the opinion of our patients and appreciate the time you took to review your experience. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We are in the process of working out all of the kinks that come along with starting a new business. Our Doctors usually do not call to check and see how patients are doing with their products. We usually ask the patient to try them out and give us a call if there are any problems or concerns, but this is something we will bring up at our next staff meeting. As for the issue with the order and pick up of your contacts, we are sincerely apologetic for the hassle and confusion. With fewer hours of operation down at Sheridan Optical we are having our calls forwarded to our other office so we can better serve our patients. There seems to have been some miscommunication among our staff and we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of the situation. Again we would like to ensure you that this will be addressed with our staff.On behalf of the whole Sheridan Optical and WyoVision crew we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and hope you give us a chance to make up for it.
