To achieve this goal we will:
-Attend to our customer's needs promptly and at their convenience
-Ensure our technicians have the proper training, tools, and experience to perform the task at hand
-Perform inspections, inform our customers of recommended maintenance services and required repairs, and provide estimates for these services
-Install available parts, taking into consideration quality, price, and availability
-Never proceed with repairs or maintenance services unless properly estimated by us and authorized by our customer
-Provide our customers with a detailed bill and never exceed our most recent estimate
-Back all our services with a 6 month/15,000km warranty
-Operate our business in an environmentally sustainable way
