I just recently relocated to AZ. I've gone to QCA/SRT to have my oil changed twice. The employees were nice, my oil was changed within an hour or less and they have a waiting room with a television. No complaints here.

Awesome Bunch of guys here. From the manager that went out of his way to give me a ride home when I needed one. To the mechanic that was fast, efficient, and very experienced. I Would highly recommend Queen Creek Auto for all your cars needs!! Five stars here !

They would not honor their coupon. After presenting the coupon, it was examined as if it had never been seen before. I showed the coupon was valid for $100 off transmission work. Showed it was for shift right in Queen Creek. I was then told that the value of the coupon was already factored in the price. Why wasn't that mentioned when I specifically asked if there were any discounts or coupons? Why wasn't it mentioned 2 weeks ago when I received my original quote & explained my financial concerns? Why wasn't it mentioned when I brought in my truck yesterday and was asked what my original quote was again? Why wasn't it on the invoice? I was told there wasn't a way to get the coupon. I asked that someone if higher authority be contacted. After the owner was called, I was told again that the coupon had been factored into the price already. Once they realized the absurdity this, I was then told the coupon had to be presented at the time of service, not after. There's nothing on the coupon that would substantiate that. Shift Right is dishonest.

If shift right will lie about their coupon, then why assume they're truthful in anything else they do? I have no way of knowing if they did the rebuild they claim or will stand by the work they claim was done.

Worst experience with auto repair shop, (Shift right transmission)I had a warranty issues with my 08 F150 service truck, small water leak from intake manifold, I had to use one of auto service repair shops under my warranty, well they ( aeverex warranty company ) sent me to this repair shop, this is we're amedo the shop manager, said that the truck needed, 1 intake manifold cracked, 2 water pump was not working? 3 both my cadeledic converters we're bad and had to be replaced?, All spark plugs coil packs? I came in for a small water leak?, Well I paid for most of the cost. warranty covered the rest. 2-3 months later, on the freeway my engine blow's all coolent from the intake manifold, all over my engine and almost Fry's my engine, now I'm stuck on 101 freeway 2 pm afternoon over heated truck 112 degrees outside, highway patrol pulls over and we are looking at the engine trying to understand what happened, and I see a rubber cap had blown off new intake manifold?, It's now sitting on my spark plug wire. the shop tech did not remove factory clamp, and install proper hose clamp, now problems begin, 3 week's I called amendo at Queen Creek shift right transmission, no answer, I left voicemails, no response, I in the meantime am losing money with no service truck, I find a sister store in Mesa, and the manager at this location, mike, this guy told me that I had to pay for coolent and any extra parts needed, ? This is work your company warranties for a year? Why would I pay for coolent or anything else twice, this guy's a joke, this company kept my truck would not let me Know when it would be ready, deliberately knowing this is my work truck, I lost 2 days because of your company's incompondenc and negligence, almost destroyed my engine, also Allen screws had no sealent and they were leaking, I would not ever bring any truck or car to these people, there not even trained techs, not even a bicycle, they lied right to my face, and now I have to take truck to a real good shop,. We're I trust they know what they are doing
