From the staff who greet you at the door to the hands of my hairdresser the experience is excellent. Kyle looks carefully at my hair assessing color and cut before she begins her work. She asks questions and listens carefully. She is professional, engaging and talented. I always leave well satisfied and a little in awe of what skill can do with my hair!
