I've been a regular getting haircut/highlight services and buying all of my products at this salon for 2 years now. I've seen big transformations over that time - some good and some not so good. The place has received an amazing face lift aesthetically, and even though I've had to change stylists twice due to turnover, I haven't had a negative service experience to-date. On the downside, they've gotten rid of the Wella hair care line, so now all of their products are extremely expensive for the actual value the customer receives. I am contemplating taking my business elsewhere unless they start carrying a product option that offers a lower price point. Last point, they really need to get rid of the red-headed receptionist with the short hair. She is a rude and snobbish "style groupie" and she ruins my outlook on the establishment every time I have to interact with her. Not good when she is the first and last person a customer engages with.
