ShirkeyVeterinary Clinic is amazing. From the time you walk in the door till the time you leave you experience a welcoming friendly environment. They make you feel like your pet is as important to them as they are to you. If that's not enough you will be so pleased with the vet techs and Dr. Shirley. They'll answer all your questions and help you make an educated choice as to what's best for your pet. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for my family, to make sure or puppy is doing well.

Shirkey Vet Clinic make my experience super easy; the forms were simple, the nurses and nurse techs were very helpful and Dr. Shirkey took great care of my extended family member. I was also very impressed by Shirkey's prices. I thought they were very reasonable.

Everyone is always very polite and knowledgeable about the procedures and standard operations. I feel taken care of whenever i visit. My only major concern is that the clerks/techs at the check-in desk that schedule appointments do not pay very much attention,they do not take client concerns seriously, and the voicemail is broken. I have raised my concerns about the voicemail recording being cut of several times and still nothing has ever been changed or acknowledged. Each time i have brought this up on my visits, they smile politely and pretend it is brand new shocking information. metaphorically i feel my face turns blue each time i try to brig this to their attention and that i am only wasting my breath at this point. I have missed appointments in the past due to the poor voicemail recording (or lack of recording) and the associate that calls to reschedule an appointment ends up annoyed with the process. IT would be far less annoying for everyone involved if clients concerns were taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
