The staff at Shoal Creek Animal Clinic were very professional and friendly. Their first concern was my 10 year old beagle's anxiety with his first visit here. They went above and beyond to make him feel safe and welcome. Dr. Elder was very thorough and gentle and asked about my concerns and answered all of my questions completely.

I have been a client of Shoal Creek Animal Clinic for over 20 years and will continue to go there with my pets. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, the care given to animals seems genuine and loving---I always feel that the medical attention given is superb. I do appreciate the top quality of each visit, however, I do wish that the costs were a little less. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic, staff and care to everyone.

During this difficult time deciding to put to sleep our beloved black lab, Bella., the office staff and Dr. Elder was nothing but compassionate and understanding.
Since we have been coming to Shoal Creek we have had excellent care in all our pets. Thank you for all you do.
