Enjoyed our visit. The staff were so welcoming. Was very disappointed the cold plunge wasn't working. I wish we were told this when I made the reservation. The website includes the cold plunge in the soaking package would've been nice to know ahead of time or to be compensated in some way.

We are in the process of fixing it, we are waiting for parts to be shipped from California. It should be up and running within the next month or so at the possible latest. We do have the Cold Shower located at the lower tubs as well as ice cold aromatherapy wash cloths right outside the Dry Cedar Sauna. We also encourage you to take as much advantage of our luxury showers to cool down. We hope that you return when we have our Cold Plunge up and running.
