As a reluctant dental patient, I would like to share that I finally found a dentist who is caring, gentle and very professional. In all my years of going to a dentist, I never had a dentist like her who walked me through the treatments and explained every detail in terms I could easily understand. Everyone in this office from the receptionist to the assistants and hygienists also are very nice. Now my whole family goes here including my grandchildren!

I am beginning to feel less a patient and more, simply a commodity. Dentist interacts only with the hygienist. Both the dentist and the hygienist simply walk out. No greetings or farewells. Now there are these uninsured products they are pushing and I’m not confident it’s for genuine medical need, largely because the dentist didn’t make the time to offer any kind of explanation.

I’m having the feeling that I’m becoming less of a patient and more of a piece of inventory here. Dentist doesn’t take the time to interact and walks out, leaving key matters to be handled by hygienist. A recommendation for expensive non covered treatment also has me asking more questions.

I had a long procedure and I don’t like going to the dentist but they make it as pleasant as possible. Professional and caring. They have added music while you are getting a procedure which is terrific. It gives you something to focus on rather than the sound of the drill and helps a lot.
