I am lucky to have my cars serviced at Sigfried's Motors. I was lucky to have owned German cars for a long time but started using Sigfried only within the past few years. Thus, I can compare their service with the Audi, VW and BMW dealers in Fresno and Los Angeles area. Let me tell you, their service is outstanding! Owner Mike is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about cars and car repairs. What's even more important is that he is very honest, I never felt that I was being pushed into doing services that were not needed, to the contrary these people always tried to save me money. Just today when I had a problem with my Audi Q5 and was stuck on the freeway, I talked to Mike, he sent a service person right away, offered me his VW loaner and picked up the car to his shop. The level of service and attention to their customers is unbelievable, try to get that from the dealer. Also, being a dentist I can appreciate the cleanliness of his very nice shop. Thanks to Laura for scheduling and dealing with all of my appointments. If you own German cars, please do yourself a favor, save money and call Sigfried Motors. You won't be sorry.
