The people are friendly but make sure you get all the numbers before every service as they like to have you spend money first and then give you the price after the fact. I get this is a “vet” but it’s mostly about the money and not helping the animals or the community. I did try to work it out with you guys but you guys were unreceptive to getting this sorted out.

Definitely not a recommendation to go here, it’s a nice idea but poor execution.

Our cats are always well taken care of at Siena and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. It truly feels like a small town animal hospital.

They take good care of my dog and the staff is helpful if a problem arrives, like a delayed airline flight that caused me to not be able to pick up the dog before closing.

Excellent customer service, friendly, professional, and COVID-safe protocols in the facility.

They truly cared for the well-being of my cat. They were transparent with the charges, and not pushy with scheduling recommended services. I've been going to this vet for years--they're very trustworthy and I'd strongly encourage anyone to have them as their pet's doctor.
