It’s been over a month since my dogs visit and I still haven’t received lab results for my dog. I’ve called numerous times and get the run around and told someone will call me back. A month later and still no call back. I’ve called atleast once a week. My poor dog could be dying and I’m not getting answers on what is wrong with her or if there is anything to do treatment wise. I paid $200 for labs and can’t even get the results. Poor communication poor service. I’ve been going there for 24 years and now will be looking for a new vet. I wouldn’t recommend this Vet office to anyone anymore. Obviously they like to take your money and that’s it. Shame on them.

Sigler has been our Vet for years. I realize people are short staffed, but after 3 weeks of 6 messages left and not one return call to renew our Charlie's prescription, we chose to try to contact another business to order more monthly flea med called Sempirica. However, that business required a call from our Vet since Sempirica is a better brand that requires vet authorization. This place of business also emailed and called Sigler vet clinic over 6 times ( I have the emailed notifications) and they too were being ignored by Sigler vet clinic. Sadly, we do all we can at doing exactly what Sigler says we should in keeping up with monthly meds and visits, yet they themselves don't seem to care about our Animals like they used to! I called very upset and someone FINALLY answered the phone and yet she was so full of excuses. after 3 weeks and 2 different sources reaching out without at lest follow up call or email, I'd say our Charlie's health is not in Sigler's best interest!

The physician and staff are very kind but they are extremely short staffed. Due to this they have canceled and rescheduled appointments multiple times costing ny pet a longer recovery time and more stress, costing myself more money and stress.

At this time my dog, Buddy is in need of possible toe amputation. Though I am happy with the care, when available..I fear that the process is too slow. I was originally directed to a place in Navarre, but chose here. After over 2k, I'm still waiting for surgery. Nail was removed along with a biopsy. I had to call over a month later for results. I am watching my Buddy declining, hoping for honest answers. The original vet is no longer there, if the time to say goodbye is now, let me know?? If you can help and finish his surgery... please do?? I miss Dr.Sigler

Although the appointment was long it was because they took the time to work with my dog to make him feel more at ease with being there. And as a result they didn't have to muzzle him, which he hates. Only bad thing was how hard it is to get an appointment but they are working on fixing that.
