The physician and staff are very kind but they are extremely short staffed. Due to this they have canceled and rescheduled appointments multiple times costing ny pet a longer recovery time and more stress, costing myself more money and stress.

At this time my dog, Buddy is in need of possible toe amputation. Though I am happy with the care, when available..I fear that the process is too slow. I was originally directed to a place in Navarre, but chose here. After over 2k, I'm still waiting for surgery. Nail was removed along with a biopsy. I had to call over a month later for results. I am watching my Buddy declining, hoping for honest answers. The original vet is no longer there, if the time to say goodbye is now, let me know?? If you can help and finish his surgery... please do?? I miss Dr.Sigler

Although the appointment was long it was because they took the time to work with my dog to make him feel more at ease with being there. And as a result they didn't have to muzzle him, which he hates. Only bad thing was how hard it is to get an appointment but they are working on fixing that.

I have been with Sigler for over a decade. The service I have received in the last 9 months has been awful. I realize that Covid has played a part in shortened hours and low staff. But, I’ve been rescheduled three times to the point my pet was past due on her shots. She could not be boarded because of it. When I did finally receive service I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room amongst grumbling patrons, filthy waiting area and apologetic front desk who couldn’t seem to find any answers to any of our questions. Finally when seen, the exam room was dirty as well and I had to remind the vet to give my pet her rabies shot. They were out of heartworm meds which luckily I had extra. My experience was awful and from the sounds of the waiting room discussion I am not alone. It’s unfortunate. Many years I got great service.

The vet and techs are amazing with my dogs. However, the front desk staff is less than welcoming or polite. The girl demonstrated absolute annoyance upon my arrival and they are impatient on the phone or with questions. Dr. Jamie and the hands on care are why I return. Not sure why everyone out front as the welcoming staff are so annoyed. I recommend the vet, not the company.
