The practice provides complete veterinary care at no charge for service dogs including dogs from the Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and Canine Companions for Independence. The doctors work closely with local wildlife rehabilitators, seeing orphaned and injured squirrels on a regular basis. The staff also provides pro bono orthopedic surgery for adoptable animals from several of the area's animal shelters. The clinic participates in community service projects including volunteering for the Route One Corridor Housing Project, and the Lorton Community Action Center.

Very happy with Signal Hill Animal Clinic. Dr. Doiche always follows up and answers all of my questions. Such a patient and helful staff. Love that they don't over price any procedures, shots, or appointments. I live in Alexandria and travel to Manassas just to see them. It's worth it!
