I needed an oil change, finally had the money and the coupon I had saved, and called to request an appt that day. They exceeded my expectation with a 3p appt time, and were ready for my truck when I arrived. They found a nasty oil filter that needed to be replaced, but I shared it would have to wait till my next paycheck. The tech respectfully understood - no pressure. He added it on the paperwork as a reminder for me to follow-up.
I love Pod's customer service, and intend to continue coming to them for my every need, as well as a recommendation when friends are in need of auto service and repairs.
Showed up 10 minutes late for an oil change and was told i got bumped til two days later. On another occasion I requested an appointment on line and never got contacted to confirm so I went somewhere else. This place used to be great when Burt was around. After these last two experiences I won't go there again.
