Love the people, and their work. Hate sitting for two hours longer than anyone should ever have to take to get something done at a salon. Customers will notice when you add unnecessary time to the hair dryer three times.

Unfortunately, in the salon business we run over on other services that cause unexpected wait time. In your case I can not answer the cause but please personally bring it to our attention.
