I finished my appointment very desapointed. I arrived exactely in time 4pm. I waited about 5 minutes and Doctor came and called me, the room was not cleaned, and It took about 10 minutes more to be ready, while we were looking at the dog and talking with another client. When finaly started my cleaning and checkup the doctor started and left me 3 times to walk around and the office and talk with people. The work with my cleaning and review was less then 20 minutes. Very superficial and with not any detail. When all was finished, I used the bathroom, paid, I spent some time talking and 5pm I was turning my car on. I left the place feeling very disappointed, $180 dollars for about 15 minutes, that in my mind is not sufficient for one good full cleaning and check up. I resolved to express my feelings and make this review taking in consideration that is to the improvement of the place. I'm patient for many years and I love Dra. CAROL and all the people that work there. I understand busy days, problems and special situations, but this was the second time I left the Office with the same feeling.Read More …
