Dr. Yang: Fails to introduce herself, and then rushes through the eye exam while constantly interrupting me. "You only need three out of five (letters)" was a common phrase throughout the exam. Being able to read 60% means I have to guess nearly half of every word I read, whether it's street signs or powerpoints. In what instance is that ever okay?
