I originally was very happy with this Dental Care Provider so it saddens me that I am going to leave this review now, but I do feel everyone should know that loyalty won't be rewarded here. I signed up for their yearly dental plan in 2017 because I thought it would be wise and save me money as that i pay for all my appointments in cash and don't have dental insurance. I had been a loyal customer since 2015/2016. Changing circumstances had me moving for work so I haven't been in town for many months. I knew I would be back just around the time the yearly plan ended though and I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and checked again, because I had already paid for it.
I called to make the appointment for 10/16 as that I wasn't able to get there any sooner, and they said that my plan expired on 10/10. I asked if they would please consider extending it a few more days as that I haven't been in town and they refused. I think in a situation like this where I am paying cash and not involving the insurance companies, and literally can't be in Tucson until a few days just after my plan is ending an exception could be made. I think their dentists and hygienists do good work, and the feeling of family there is warm and inviting, but perhaps misleading. Their refusal to work with me on this soured my experience with them so I can't recommend them to anyone like me who is paying out of pocket and is on a budget. And believe me, I am also am a small business owner and understand the need for rules like this, but this is one instance where I would have made an exception too if it meant losing a loyal customer. I can concede though that if you have insurance none of this wouldn't matter and you would have a decent dental experience with them.
