I was taken promptly and my foot issues were taken care of quickly! Who could ask for more than that?
Dr. Becker and staff are courteous and nice. The Doctor greets me with a hand shake and enquire about my family which I appreciate. Such enquire shows that someone cares. Thank you Dr. Becker and your staff.
Dr. Becker has a wonderful "bedside manner." He is always friendly and pleasant, and takes great care to make his patient comfortable and at ease. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this office.
My Dogue de Bordeaux's nails grow extremely long very fast and she has long nail beds which make them bleed profusely when trimmed. Needless to say, she gets panicked and hyperventilates when visiting the vet. Dr. Cappiello is so kind and never rushes through the procedure. She recommended giving Brigitte a tranquilizer shot to calm her down since she felt so bad for her. I agreed and the vet assistant, Fred, stayed in the room with us while the shot took effect. Fred is also very kind and calm. About 30 mins later, they were able to trim Brigitte's nails with no problem. Fred and the other vet tech helped carry Brigitte to my car, where I let her relax for a few hours until she was able to get out on her own. The entire vet staff is extremely caring and I highly recommend Dr. Cappiello and her team!
