They always take time to be present in conversation, look up information if need be in a timely manner. I've been with them for over 23 years, it's nice that the history is there, the suggestions and advice to project and/or change anything is appreciated. I have an S-corp as well as personal returns. It's nice that they handle both since there's a bit of overlap.

Overall, the relationship has been pretty good the past 20 years. In the past few years there have been a few mistakes which were extremely difficult for my financial & tax planning. Also, I would have hoped that the Simonic Team would be more proactive reaching out to me with suggestions for tax saving strategies such as LLC, Trust, or other.
