This place went out of business and failed to notify all customers. They have been closed for months and I have not heard anything from them. I am still receiving notifications confirming my appointments although the place is closed. This place is a joke... Very unprofessional!

Loved my technician but management is terrible, if they have any management at all! I would like for some to update me on when it will reopen or will I get my money back?

It's a big waste of money. I went 7 times of the 8 for hair removal laser for full legs, full arms and under arm. As of now, the hair under arm is 80٪ less which I m really satisfied with. My arms and legs have exactly the same amount of hair, it didn't reduce a bit. During the course of treatment, some weeks I noticed a big change, but at the end, with only one session left, I m sure that the hair won't reduce, and it will be the same. Please note that this place ( along with others) are misleading the customers, because they are not offering the Lazer removal, they are using the Light Impulsive, which is totally different than the Lazer and less efficient.

The service is good at Simply Serenity IF YOU GET IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT. It is extremely difficult to communicate with the staff. I called every other day for 3 weeks straight to schedule my initial appointment. Sometimes I left a voice message, and other times the voice mail box was too full to accommodate new messages. As a consumer, this was extremely frustrating, especially when I prepaid for all future services up front. I literally had to drive over to the salon to speak with someone in order to schedule my appointment. They were extremely apologetic, but sometimes apologies are "simply" not enough. Their excuse was they "currently do not have a receptionist. " Well, that was 4 months ago and they still don't have a receptionist!

Nevertheless, I have now been scheduling my appointments while physically standing in the salon. All technicians have been nice and friendly. All technicians have delivered great service.
