As one would expect some cleaning techs are better than others. For the most part I am well satisfied with the service that I have received. The only bad experience so far is the one tech that walks around with his little feather duster that only moves the dust around. This same tech can vacuum the floors and never touch the small rugs that are in front of the chairs.
