The receptionists were very helpful as always. There was a longer than normal wait time for the vet. It was not the vet I usually had, so I couldn't tell you her name. My puppy was being wound up and she decided we couldn't do my dog's nails. Usually there is an assistant to help hold my dog, but I had to hold him while she tried to clip the nails and wasn't really sure what to do to make the process easier. I realize it was the end of the day, but there were no questions about my dog's health or anything like the normal conversation I was used to. I hope to not have this visit reflect all of the other great and welcoming visits I had but something was definitely different than the past.
