Your staff is always efficient and friendly. Dr Cohen has watched me and my aging eyes in a most caring and thorough way. I am lucky to have a doctor like him.

I did not feel like my concerns were addressed. I discussed use of visine several times daily and concerns for dry eye. The doctor did not even ask about it. I also feel that I was less important because the doctor felt my vision concerns were minimal. If I'm reading a line that is blurry but successfully read the letters it doesn't seem that my vision is 20/20 as they stated it was. It was still blurry which is disturbing to me. I wasn't even asked if I had any concerns. I was simply told your vision is 20/20. I feel like my vision is reduced. Overall I just felt rushed in and out. I don't plan to return to South Jersey Eye Physicians

Staff was great and I love Dr. Brown. I also ordered my eye glasses there and Patricia was great. She helped me pick the right glasses because I always have a problem picking the right ones. My experience there was great.

I needed to have my right eye rechecked and was charged a $55 refractory fee. I was told ahead of time it would be up to the doctor whether or not to charge me. I had explained to the assistant ahead of time that I had my eyes checked in December but had since developed central serous retinopathy which was addressed by your retina specialist. I wanted to resolve that before getting new glasses. Since that visit, my right eye's vision seemed to have changed after having ordered prescription sunglasses from Costco. Before getting a new set of regular glasses I wanted my right eye looked at before having them made. I am disappointed that the doctor decided to charge me given the circumstances. I can understand if I had waited 6 months for no reason. However, I developed the retina problem not long after seeing Dr. Brown in December. When I got to check out, I was told I was charged the $55. Not wanting to argue as I had to go back to work, I paid and left. I am not happy about having to pay the fee especially since I had already gone two other times to your practice (Moorestown office) for the retina issue and that the doctor and practice would have understood. I am not sure if I will return in 2 years for my next eye exam. I will, however, compliment the assistant as she did a nice job getting me settled in.

Dr. Wexler is fantastic. This past visit the office was extremely crowded and some of the staff showed their frustration and annoyance. My child has a copay of $10. The fee for contact refraction is $55 which insurance does not cover. I think that seems high. Also they did not give me a receipt and I had to call to get one for HSA purposes. They said they would mail it. Have not yet received.

The care I received from the doctor and the assistant were excellent. However, I went to the office to be measured for contact lenses and was informed that I needed to go to a different office for that. That information should have been explained to me on the phone while making an appointment. Otherwise I would have made the appointment for that office then. In addition, the wait was much too long. First in one waiting area for over an hour, then to a different waiting area for a very long time as well. I find this very inconvenient and frustrating as a patient. I've only been to the Columbus office twice and both times spent in excess of 2 hours there.
